5 Green Juices To Boost Your Health This Cold Season

5 Green Juices to Boost Your Health This Season

Hola Amigas! Flavors aren’t just in the food or in our beloved Latina sazón, they’re also in what we drink every day. This season, take the opportunity to nourish yourself from the inside out with the richness of greens. Green juices are the ultimate way to refresh, detox, and fill your body with essential nutrients. Packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, these vibrant drinks can help improve digestion, strengthen your immune system, and give you long lasting energy, all while tasting delicious.

The first recipe was a hit in our cooking class! And why not bring it to you, our readers who are always connected with the blog? This batch makes about 72 ounces, which was perfect for the whole class. At home, you can always make a smaller portion.

Type of juicer I used for my 5 green juices.

I used the Nama 2 Juicer. Mi amor, if you’ve ever wondered why your juice doesn’t taste the same as the ones you get fresh at a wellness café, the secret is in the juicer. I use the Nama J2, a slow masticating juicer, which gently presses the fruits and veggies instead of shredding them with high-speed blades like regular juicers do. That means more nutrients, more flavor, and less foam. The juice stays vibrant and fresh for days instead of hours. Think of it like cooking low and slow. You preserve all that goodness instead of burning it off. Yes, it’s an investment, but trust me, once you taste the difference, you’ll never go back. Your body (and your taste buds) will thank you, con amor. Can’t afford the Nama line? Invest in another juicer, but pick a slow, masticating one.

So here it is and as a bonus, I’ll give you four more recipes to try different flavors and benefits.

Here are 5 green juices you can enjoy this season, each offering unique health benefits and exciting flavors.

Tips for Making & Storing Green Juices

Mi amor, there’s nothing like a fresh green juice made with love. The key is keeping those nutrients alive and your flavors bright. Here’s how to make the most of every batch:

Enjoy it fresh

Your juice is at its best right after it’s made. Full of life, flavor, and energy. Try to sip it within a few hours to soak up all that goodness.

Keep it cool

If you need to store it, pour it into airtight glass bottles and keep them in the fridge for up to three days. Give it a good shake before drinking. A little separation is totally normal.

Have fun with it!

Switch up your greens and fruits depending on what’s in season. Spinach, kale, parsley, and mint all pair beautifully with apples, pineapple, or even pear.

So, blend, pour, and enjoy. Your body will thank you, and your taste buds will too. I hope you add these 5 green juices to your rotation! Salud, hermosa.
