Method
- Marinate chicken with sazón and lime juice.
- Boil pasta per box instructions.
- Add oil to cover the bottom of the frying pan.
- Sprinkle sugar evenly.
- Let sugar brown. It should be dark but not burnt.
- Sauteé Chicken until all sides are covered in the browned sugar.
- Add water and cover until fork tender.
- Add onions, peppers, olives, capers and tomato paste.
- Drain pasta reserving ½ cup of boiled water.
- Mix together. Add pasta water if needed.
